Webinar series: tracking EU due diligence legislation

For AIM-Progress, we designed and led a series of webinars on the rapidly evolving landscape of EU due diligence legislation. The sessions explored how policy, trade diplomacy and advocacy are shaping the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and the Forced Labour Regulation (FLR).

The webinars created a structured space for AIM-Progress member companies to track developments, discuss implications for business, and share perspectives on what the European Commission’s simplification agenda means in practice. The series strengthened members’ understanding of upcoming legal obligations and provided actionable insights for responsible sourcing and compliance teams.

Monitoring and input on EU due diligence and trade legislation

Ethics at Work provides ongoing monitoring and expert input on the EU’s regulatory agenda for responsible business, including the Forced Labour Regulation (FLR), the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D), and the Omnibus reforms.

The engagement includes regular briefings for members, analysis of legislative and policy developments, and preparation of AIM-Progress submissions to public consultations. We also monitors the work of the European Commission’s FLR expert group and facilitate discussions within the AIM-Progress network to ensure timely, well-informed input from member companies.
