Knowledge session on sustainability regulation for RVO

For Enact, Bart Slob designed and moderated a hybrid knowledge session for the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) on the future of European responsible business legislation. The event, titled “Responsible Business Legislation under Pressure: What Now?”, brought together RVO staff and external speakers from government and business to discuss the implications of the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Omnibus reform package.

We developed the session’s concept, prepared background materials, and facilitated the discussion, ensuring an engaging and interactive exchange between participants in The Hague and online. The session was rated highly by participants for its relevance, strong moderation, and balance between policy and practice.
