Case studies for the OECD

For the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) we prepared a set of examples of policies on the relationship between procurement systems and business start-up and self-employment activities. We focused on people from socially and economically disadvantaged groups and groups that are under-represented in entrepreneurship activities. This research project was part of the Local Economic and Employment Development (LEED) Programme. For the last three decades LEED has advised governments and communities on how to adapt to global trends and tackle complex problems in a fast changing world.
