Understanding the impact of inclusive business

On behalf of the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) we analysed the results and impacts of 13 SEED award winners in Colombia, India, Kenya, South Africa, Uganda and Vietnam. SEED used our analysis for a policy report. This report also included insights and recommendations for policymakers on the role of inclusive enterprises in achieving sustainable development. It outlined enabling factors that can help businesses overcome barriers, reach scale and replicate best practices.

SEED is a global partnership for action on sustainable development and the green economy. It supports innovative local enterprises around the globe which integrate social and environmental benefits into their business model.
